| It was built in 1800 and has the typical structure
of the important villas of that century, with wonderful ancient frescoes
and decorations on ceilings and walls of the rooms. It has been recently
restored with all comforts of very high standard, but leaving untouched
the very special original structure: inside its walls you can breathe in
and feel the scent and atmosphere of the 19th century. The furniture are
very important of ancient Umbrian production originating from the owner’s
ancestors. The Villa is 500 sq.m. wide, divided in two floors with a large
and easy staircase. The material are all ancient and hand-made: “cotto” of
local furnaces in all rooms, Carrara marble in entrance and stairs,
hand-painted tiles from Vietri (Naples) with wonderful decorations of
flowers or 1800 typical geometric designs in the bathrooms. A wide and
luxurios fenced garden with century-old trees and ancient roses surrounds
the Villa, giving the guests the possibility of enjoying an exclusive and
relaxed stay: it is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs. Ground-floor: - Entrance - Important 1800 Living room with frescoes and direct access to the garden. -Living-room studio with Sat/Tv, CD player, Hi-Fi stereo, ancient piano, library. - Dining room - Small toilet with ancient tiles. - Large well equipped kitchen with ancient marble for 10 people, fireplace to grill food, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, large gas cooking machine, electric long or espresso coffee machine, an internal room for storages, door to the garden. - Laundry with washing-machine and iron-board. - Service room with bathroom First floor:
